The Pharmacy service believes in empowering our patients and their caregivers with the required knowledge to best manage and understand their medication treatment plan. Our pharmacists aim to provide safe and efficacious healthcare to patients in a timely and cost-effective manner. They engage in multi-disciplinary management of patients' conditions alongside our doctors and other Allied Health Professionals. They also provide medication management services such as medication reconciliation to patients who have difficulties with multiple prescriptions as well as to help resolve any drug-related problems.
Our Smoking Cessation Clinic helps smokers quit smoking and lead healthier smoke-free lives. Run by a team of experienced pharmacists who are certified Quit Smoking Consultants, they assist smokers in drawing up a personalised quit plan and provide support to them during their quit journey.

Provided in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, this service helps to reduce any confusion over medication changes for patients and their caregivers.
Our Outpatient Pharmacy serves patients at the Specialist Outpatient Clinics. Satellite pharmacies are available on every clinic floor for the convenience of patients. The Outpatient Pharmacy also fills prescriptions from polyclinics, general practitioners, private hospitals and other restructured hospitals. It also provides counselling and consultation on minor ailments, advice on travel medication and the sale of pharmacy-only medication.
Our Retail Pharmacy provides a one-stop centre for healthcare products, home care equipment and aids for independent living to serve the needs of patients and the general public.
The JCH Pharmacy serves patients discharged from JCH as well as patients from the Staff Clinic. It also fills prescriptions from polyclinics, general practitioners and other hospitals. In addition, it provides counselling and consultation for minor ailments and sale of pharmacy-only medication.
LIFE Hub is located at Level 2 at the link bridge connecting Tower B - NTFGH Wards and Tower C - Jurong Community Hospital. Life Hub features a rehabilitative facility that simulates a three-room HDB flat, which serves to help patients ease back into their home environment under the guidance of our trained therapists. At the fully interactive learning environment, patients can learn to live more safely and independently in the home setting through the practical solutions, assistive devices and best practices provided.
The concept store at Life Hub showcases a comprehensive range of home care solutions, where patients and caregivers can bowse through rehabilitative aids and assistive devices prescribed by their therapists. Here, they may also seek clinical advice, compare specifications of different rehabilitation items and have measurements taken for appropriate fittings.
