Pain in the upper limbs is a commonly experienced symptom among many, but its causes are far from few and can occur anywhere from your shoulder, down to your fingers in one or both arms. Sometimes, the problem even lies somewhere unexpected, such as the neck! Our team of healthcare professionals from the Departments of Orthopaedic Surgery, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy shared with our audience about the various causes of upper limb pain, as well as pain management techniques through a public forum and live demonstration.
