As part of our outreach efforts, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Jurong Community Hospital are collaborating with Jurong-Clementi Town Council (JRTC) to bring health to the community. Through this partnership, we aim to integrate health education, preventive care and wellness initiatives into shared spaces, fostering a resilient community in an environment where residents not only live well, but thrive.
A workout does not have to be hard to be effective. To maintain a healthy lifestyle, a healthy adult should aim to engage in at least 150 to 300 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week.
