Wise & Well

"Wise and Well" is a programme developed by the JurongHealth Campus' Allied Health team and will be conducted by trained facilitators from Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. The 4-week programme aims to empower you with health knowledge to build skills and confidence to take charge of your health.

Conducted once a week, the 90-minute workshop will cover the following topics over 4 weeks:

• Chronic diseases risk factors
• How to set your personal health goals
• Healthy food choices when eating out
• Types of exercises
• Techniques to improve sleep quality

The programme will be conducted at the various Resident Centres and/or Community Centres. Please contact us to check if there's a scheduled session at a location near you.
