JHF supports the professional development and training of staff, enabling them to achieve their aspirations while improving delivery of care across JurongHealth Campus.
The Talent Development Fund nurtures rising talents and leaders through scholarships and sponsorships for pre-service and in-service staff. It boosts the strategic capabilities of the hospitals to deliver safe and high-quality care to patients, while preparing staff for the changing technology and needs of our population. Till date, over 4,000 healthcare workers have been supported via education and professional training and development opportunities through this programme.
In 2024, JurongHealth Fund introduced the Nursing Empowerment Programme aimed at grooming nursing leaders and strengthening nurses’ synergy thus leading to innovations that improve nursing care, communications, greater resilience, and teamwork especially in times of need. Till date, more than 200 nurses have benefitted from the programme with more to do so ahead.
