Our Nurses' Day celebration, “Together-Nurse” was up a notch as we celebrate as OneNUHS family with Dr Amy Khor, Senior Minister of State for Health, gracing the event. A hippo bus was specially catered to ferry an entourage of nearly 60 people, including Dr Amy Khor, Ms Tan Soh Chin (Chief Nursing Officer, MOH), Chief Nurses and nurses from the different NUHS entities, the NUHS Executive Group as well as MediaCorp stars from the Channel 8 drama, “You Can Be An Angel 3” to spread cheer to various NUHS institutions.

At JurongHealth Campus, flash mob dancers invaded the event to kick off the celebration. More surprises were lined up for our nurses when 24 Clinicians and Allied Health colleagues took the stage to serenade our nurses with their own renditions of popular pop songs and a STOMP percussion item. The celebration allowed our nurses to take a back seat, relax and enjoy the day!
