In 2018, Healthy Home departed from our usual home cleaning programme to bring cheer to more than 150 residents from Jamiyah Nursing Home (a non-profit charitable Nursing Home in West Coast that provides subsidised care to seniors of all races) together with their families at a family health carnival, and empower them to better take charge of their health!

Close to 200 enthusiastic JurongHealth Campus staff from different departments spent a meaningful morning yesterday chaperoning and interacting with the resident and their families. Starting with an energising morning exercise led by our Rehab team, the residents spent quality time with their family over interactive game activities, art & craft, and picked up useful tips on oral hygiene, healthy eating, advanced care planning and received a hearing test. They were also in for a surprise when we presented 50 new wheelchairs, 30 commodes, 2 TVs, and other necessities which were generously donated by our staff.
