Keeping our hands clean is one of the important ways to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria to our loved ones.

As part of World Hand Hygiene Day, our #NTFGH Infection Control team, along with 'Friends of JurongHealth Campus' vounteers were at Taman Jurong Market and Food Centre educating market goers on the proper steps to hand washing. With a squirt of a liquid handrub with fluorescent dye, market goers were asked to wash their hands and place them under the ultra-violet light to check for any unclean areas. When hands were washed properly according to the hand washing techniques taught by our team, their hands will be glowing under the light without any dark patches.
